What the evidence labels mean

Manufacturer-confirmed fit means a manufacturer source explicitly lists this model and regional part. It does not prove that the part has failed. Category inference names the kind of issue without confirming fit. Insufficient model data means the tool cannot establish a match. Incompatible means the recorded market or fit constraints disagree.

Only manufacturer-confirmed matches are offered here. If your model is missing, use the official support link to confirm it.

If you already replaced a part

Identify whether you replaced toner or the drum carrier. With a new drum, check seating and then the documented counter reset for the exact control panel. A new toner cartridge does not justify resetting the drum counter.

If the message persists after those steps, use the official support path rather than buying the same part again.
